摘要 目的:用车载气相色谱法对饮用水源水中苯系物的测定进行了研究。方法:通过对车载气相色谱仪吹扫时间、解析时间、进样量等条件的讨论,确定了最佳的方法设置。结果:对7种苯系物进行了线性、回收率、精密度试验,其平均回收率为99.0%~103.8%(n=6),相对标准偏差为3.2%~4.6%,方法检出限为0.21~4.44μg/L。结论:测定结果表明,该法操作简单,重现性好,灵敏度高,可以满足野外应急监测的需要。 Objective:A purge and trap method in combination with portable GC was evaluated for the detemination of aromatic hydrocarbons in drinking water.Methods:The good method was determined by discussion of purge-time,desorption-time and quantities of sample on portable GC.Results:Linearity,recovery,precision were also determined.The recovery was 99.0%~103.8%(n=6),the relative deviation was 3.2%~4.6% and limit of detection 0.21~4.44 μg/L.Conclusion:The results showed that this method is simple,accurate and reproducible and suitable for emergency monitoring out of doors.
