摘要
随着世界各国电子收费技术的日益成熟以及应用的普及,人们也体验到引入电子收费对交通运输的巨大影响。我国也提出了相应的国家标准。IC卡作为人们日常生活的一个支付手段,同样可以作为电子收费中的储值载体。由于非接触IC更适合车辆环境,所以采用了非接触IC卡以及相应的读卡器。为了适合国标的要求,对其的设计和实现也是整个电子收费系统的一个重要部分。本文从多个方面考虑和设计了结构,并最终实现了这个部分。
Today, the technology of ETC is more and more mature by the research of many countries, and has been used in more and more toll-gate. People also feel this technology＇s influence to the transport. Our country has put out some standards for ETC field. IC card, which is a payment method in people＇s every-day life, can be used as the value carrier in ETC application. Because the contactless IC card is more suitable for the vehicle, we choose IC card of this type and correspondent card-reader .To fit the ETC standard of our country, the design and implementation of the part is important in ETC system. The paper is to consider and design the structure from some aspects, finally implement it.
