摘要
统筹经济增长与环境质量的关系,是城市可持续发展的客观要求。借鉴已有成果,选取了工业"三废"排放及其人均GDP指标,运用二次回归计量模型,借助SPSS统计软件,对银川市近10年来的经济发展与环境质量的关系进行了拟合。研究结果显示:1)银川市工业"三废"与GDP之间的关系,三次曲线模型的拟合效果最佳;2)随着人均GDP的增长,银川市工业废水的排放量由加速度减小的减少状态变为加速度增大的增加状态,工业废气的排放量由加速度减小的增加状态变为加速度增大的增加状态,工业固体废弃物的产生量基本一直呈加速度增大的增加趋势;3)整体上,银川市在经济发展的同时,工业"三废"的污染在经过轻微改善后,又都有所加重,经济发展质量呈下降趋势。进一步提出,在工业企业内部、工业企业之间以及工业企业与其他产业之间等各个层面上发展循环经济,以扭转银川市经济发展质量下降的趋势。
To get the relation between the economic growth and the environmental quality of Yinchuan, industries " three wastes" emissions and their GDP per capita measurement indicators were selected to fit the relationship between the economic growth and the environmental quality of Yinchuan in recent 10 years using Quadratic Regression Model by SPSS. It drew that : 1 ) the relationship between the industrial "three wastes" and the GDP per capita of Yinchuan was best fitted by the Cubic curve model. 2)with the growth of GDP per capita, the industrial wastewater decreased at first, then increased dramatically. The industrial solid waste nearly sped up all the time. ( 3 ) Overall, with the development of the economic, the pollution of the industrial "three wastes" decreased after a minor improvements, and the quality of the economic development in Yinchuan declined. In the future, we should develop recycling economy on all levels.
