摘要
[目的]比较用3M纸片法与用快速检测国标法(MEFH)对不同样品大肠菌群的检测结果。[方法]以花生、小米、玉米、大米和花生油为检测样品,以Aliz-gal和MUGal肉汤为培养基,设大肠菌群污染的自然状态未知浓度和模拟培养已知浓度的两种处理,进行3M纸片法与MEFH法对大肠菌群的检测结果对比试验。[结果]3M法与MEFH中MPN法检测自然状态的5种样品的大肠菌群结果比较符合率为90%,3M纸片法和MEFH中的平板法检测结果无明显差异。3M纸片法未出现假阳性现象,证明了3M纸片法有很强的选择性。[结论]3M纸片法操作简便,适合企业现场食品卫生检测。
[Objective] The study aimed to compare the results of detecting the coliform group by the method of 3M petrifilm and E.coli count plate and by microbiological examination of food hygiene-rapid detection of coliform bacteria(MEFH-RDC) method.[Method] With peanut,millet,corn,rice and peanut oil as the tested samples and the Aliz-gal and MUGal broth as the medium,2 treatments of nature with unknown concn.and simulation with known concn.for coliform bacteria group were set up to conduct the comparative test on detecting the coliform group by 3M method and MEFH-RDC method.[Result] The results of detecting the coliform group from 5 samples in nature by 3M method was 90% identical with the most probable number(MPN) method in MEFH-RDC and had no obvious difference with spread plate(SP) method in MEFH-RDC.There was no fake positive phenomena that appeared in 3M method,showing that 3M method had very strong selectivity.[Conclusion] 3M method was simple and convenient in operation and was applicable in food hygiene on-site detection for enterprise.
