摘要 农药的使用对农业的发展发挥着重大作用,但同时也造成严重的农产品污染和环境污染。对农药残留降解方法进行了综述,重点介绍了超声波技术、吸附、洗涤和辐照等物理方法,水解、氧化分解和光化学降解等化学方法,微生物、降解酶和工程菌等生物方法对农药残留的降解作用。 This study aims to summarize the methods of degrading pesticide residues and respectively introduces the physical methods such as ultrasonic wave,adsorption,cleaning and irradiation,chemical methods such as hydrolysis,oxygenolysis and photochemical degradation; and biological methods such as microorganisms,catabolic enzymes and engineering bacteria because pesticides have caused serious pollution on agricultural products and environment although they have played an important role in the development of agriculture.
