摘要
[目的]研究小麦叶片性状与主要农艺性状的相关性,为培育高产、优质的冬小麦新品种提供理论参考。[方法]以16个品种(品系)为试材,采用相关分析方法,对小麦叶片性状与主要农艺性状之间的相关性进行统计。[结果]小麦叶片性状与主要农艺性状之间存在着不同程度的相关性。小麦旗叶长与小穗数、抽穗期、开花期呈极显著负相关(r=-0.674 5,r=-0.716 6,r=-0.700 7),与穗粒数呈显著正相关(r=0.558 0);旗叶面积与穗粒数呈极显著正相关(r=0.623 8)。倒二叶长与株高呈极显著正相关(r=0.627 7);倒二叶宽与单穗重呈显著正相关(r=0.500 7);倒二叶面积与株高、穗粒数呈显著正相关(r=0.512 6,r=0.561 8)。倒三叶宽与不孕小穗数、抽穗期、开花期呈显著正相关(r=0.565 6,r=0.502 5,r=0.501 9);倒三叶面积与抽穗期、开花期呈显著正相关(r=0.614 3,r=0.522 3);与产量负相关不显著(r=-0.466 9)。[结论]小麦植物体呈塔状长相,旗叶适当缩短,倒二叶长度适中,倒三叶适当加长,这样的结构有利于提高小麦的光合效率和籽粒产量。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the correlation of leaf characters and some main agronomic traits of wheat and provide references for the breeding of wheat.[Method] 16 wheat varieties（lines） were used to study the correlation of leaf characters and some main agronomic traits of wheat.[Result] The results showed that the correlation between flag leaf length and the spikelet number,spiking,flowering were negative significantly（r=-0.674 5,r=-0.716 6,r=-0.700 7）.The correlation between flay leaf length and the number of grains was positive significantly（r=0.558 0）.The correlation between flag leaf area and number of grains was positive significantly（r=0.623 8）.The correlation between lst leaf length and plant height was positive significantly（r=0.627 7）.The correlation between lst leaf width and grain weight was positive significantly（r=0.500 7）.The correlation between lstleaf area and plant height,number of grains were positive significantly（r=0.512 6,r=0.561 8）.The correlation between 3rd leaf area and unbearing spikelet number,spiking,flowering were positive significantly（r=0.565 6,r=0.502 5,r=0.501 9）.The correlation between 3rd leaf area and spiking,flowering were positive significantly（r=0.614 3,r=0.522 3）.The correlation between 3rd leaf area and grain yield was no negative significant（r=-0.466 9）.[Conclusion] The wheat plants with short flag leaf,longer 3rd leaf are beneficial to photosynthesis and grain weight.
