摘要
[目的]为测定水产品浸泡液中甲醛的含量提供简便、可靠的检验方法。[方法]采用柱前衍生富集纯化,以高效液相色谱法测定水产品浸泡液中的甲醛的含量。[结果]该方法在20~2000μg/L范围内有良好的线性关系,精确度试验3种不同甲醛含量的RSD(%)分别为2.32、1.92、0.65,回收率试验3种不同加入量其回收率(%)分别为96.0、96.8、98.4。[结论]该方法可应用于水发海产品浸泡液中甲醛的测定。
[Objective]To offer portable and reliable analysis method for formaldehyde determination in soak of marine products. [Methods]The content of formaldehyde in soak of marine products was determined by HPLC method,with precolumn derivation ,enrichment purification. [Results]There was fine linear relation in the range of 20-2 000 μg/L; the RSD(%) index of precision of 3 formalin: was 2.32、1.92 and 0.65;the recovery rate(%) of 3 addition:was 96.0,96.8 and 98. 4 respectively. [Conclusion]The method is suitable for formaldehyde determination in soak of marine products.
