摘要
[目的]为测定水产品浸泡液中甲醛的含量提供简便、可靠的检验方法。[方法]采用柱前衍生富集纯化，以高效液相色谱法测定水产品浸泡液中的甲醛的含量。[结果]该方法在20～2000μg／L范围内有良好的线性关系，精确度试验3种不同甲醛含量的RSD（％）分别为2．32、1．92、0．65，回收率试验3种不同加入量其回收率（％）分别为96．0、96．8、98．4。[结论]该方法可应用于水发海产品浸泡液中甲醛的测定。
[Objective]To offer portable and reliable analysis method for formaldehyde determination in soak of marine products. [Methods]The content of formaldehyde in soak of marine products was determined by HPLC method,with precolumn derivation ,enrichment purification. [Results]There was fine linear relation in the range of 20-2 000 μg/L; the RSD（%） index of precision of 3 formalin： was 2.32、1.92 and 0.65;the recovery rate（%） of 3 addition：was 96.0,96.8 and 98. 4 respectively. [Conclusion]The method is suitable for formaldehyde determination in soak of marine products.
