从四个方面阐述申报国家自然科学基金应注意的问题，从而为提高国家自然科学基金的获准率提供保障．
The competition in the application for the national natural science foundation is increasingly extensive. In this paper, the problems to be noted in application for the this foundation are expounded in four aspects, which proposes the ways for the raising of its acquision rate .
