摘要
发展现代服务业对促进江西社会经济全面发展具有重大意义。由江西省投入产出调查得到服务业16个行业的影响力系数与感应度系数、结合江西现代服务业发展特点、运用Rough集的属性约简方法、选择绩效评估对象和实际的指标体系、应用DEA方法对江西发展现代服务业进行绩效评估,认为江西发展现代服务业应推进市场化改革,改善服务消费环境,积极承接服务业国际转移,拓宽融资渠道,形成有效规划和协调机制。
Developing modern service industry is of great significance for promoting the overall development of social economy in Jingxi. With the diffusion coefficiency and inducing coefficiency of 16 industries in service industry being obtained in accordance with the survey of input - output in Jiangxi Province, the performance evaluation object and the index system were selected by combining the characteristics of the development of modern service industry in Jiangxi and using the attribute of Rough set. By the performance evaluation of using the DEA method, it is concluded that to develop modern service industry in Jiangxi, we should promote market - oriented reform, improve service consumption environment, take an active transfer of international services, broaden the finacing channels and form an effective and cordinate mechanism.
