摘要 当空气温度和相对湿度相对应达到一定范围时,其产生的热负荷会对EH的发生有直接影响。轻型中暑可以影响正常的训练计划,重症中暑则可能终止训练和比赛,甚至危及生命。因此,为了避免EH的发生,充分了解和认识热负荷与EH的关系、EH的易发因素和高危因素以及采取一些积极有效的预防措施(重视环境气候条件,合理安排训练时间;对既往史进行评定,加强个人防护;对运动员、教练员进行教育;注意饮食)显得尤为重要。就热负荷与EH的关系、及EH发病原因和预防措施做一相关综述,为教学和科研、运动训练等提供一些参考和建议。 When air temperture and relative humidity rise to a level correspondly, the heat stress which products influence the occurrence of EH directly. Mild heat- stroke can influence training program. When severe heat- stroke oceurs, training and competition will be stopped,even athletes lose their lives.In or- der to aviad the occurrence of EH and understand the relation of heat stress and EH, and easy and risk etiological factors of EH coropletely and adopting positive measures(Increased awarenss of atmospheric; Activty restriction; Medical hisory and evalutian; Fhther workup or treatment; Participant education - ath- lete, coach; Attention diet ) of prevention become rather important. The review aims to make a summary of the relation of heat stress and EH, etiological factors and prevention of EH, and providing certain suggestions and references for the teaching, reaearch and sport training.
