摘要
通过调查法、座谈法、文献资料法等方法,探讨了江苏省部分高校体育社团的现状、组织与运行等方面问题,分析了制约其发展的主要因素,提出了加强管理、完善措施、增加投入、与社会接轨等建议,以期提高高校体育社团的管理水平,促进高校体育社团健康发展。
With methods of hterature, questionnaire and interview, the thesis discusses deeply the issues of some college and university＇s sport associations in Jiangsu province, such as the present stiuatien, the organization and its functions. And then it also analyzes the main constraint factors of the sport associ- ations＇ develolanent. Thirdly, the author promotes several suggestions to develop the common college＇s sport associations, including managing more stnmgly, perfecting countermeasures, allocating more funds and admitting into the society, which aim to heighten the constmctienal and administratianal level of the college＇s sport associations and help to the development of common college＇s sport associations healthy.
