摘要
应用三维建模软件UG,采用自下而上的建模方式建立了双曲面凸轮发动机的简化模型,在此基础上用ADAMS软件对建好的虚拟样机进行了运动学和动力学分析,得到了关键部件的位移、速度、加速度以及间隙对位移的影响,为双曲面凸轮发动机的设计和改进提供大量信息,有利于降低物理样机开发成本,提高发动机性能。
The hyperbolical cam engine's kinematics simulation was performed utilizing the virtual prototype technology. A simplified model of the engine was established in UG by using the down-top design idea. By using ADAMS,via the kinematics and dynamic analysis of the virtual prototype ,obtain the displacement, velocity, acceleration and effect of clearance of the key components and parts. This presented method,together with its conclusions can provide valuable information to designers for reducing developmental cost and improving perfarmance of hyperbolical cam engine.
