摘要
摆线齿锥齿轮可通过硬齿面刮削消除热处理变形,具有加工效率高、模数大、齿面硬的特点,所以非常适用于大型煤矿、冶金、运输等重型机械设备,针对大型摆线齿锥齿轮的生产实际提出并阐述了以更加直观和准确的实体建模方式对可能发生的刀盘干涉、齿面刮伤、槽底留埂、小齿轮根切或齿顶变尖进行检验。
Spiral bevel gears could get rid of the deformation and errors in heat treatmeht using the scraping technique of hard tooth-surface. They have properties of higher cutting efficiency,bigger module and harder gear face. Therefore ,the spiral bevel gears are suitable for heavy machinery. Based on the production for bigger spiral bevel gears in practice,new methods to check if the cutter heads were intervened, the shape of gears were shaved,a rib was left in groove,the tops became sharper or undercut for small gears through establishing visual and accurate solid models are proposed and narrated.
