摘要
将高速公路促进区域经济发展的基本模式概括为点—轴型区域经济发展理论，勾勒并阐述了高速公路点—轴型系统的特征、作用及发展过程，提出并论证了高速公路成为推动区域经济发展干线轴是不宜以单一轴线孤立发展的思想，对高速公路点—轴型系统及充分发挥促进区域经济发展作用等问题，提出了若干观点并进行了论证。
The basic model of expressway promoting regional economy is summararized as the point axle type system for regional economy developing. The characteristics and functions of the point axle type system are structrued and discussed. In order to make expressway become an advanced the point axle type system for regional economy developing, expressway cannot be planed and developed alone, and a few viewpoints of the point axle type system of expressways for regional economy developing are put forwoard and aproved in the paper.
