摘要
[目的]了解紫海胆的营养价值。[方法]采用火焰原子吸收光谱法对海胆中Ca、Cu、Mn、Zn、Fe、Na和Mg7种微量元素含量进行测定分析。[结果]结果表明,采用HNO3+H2SO4(5:1)混酸作消化液处理样品,各元素在试验范围内,加标回收率和精密度较好,加标回收率为93.8%~106.3%.相对标准偏差(RSD)小于5%。海胆中人体所需的微量元素含量丰富,海胆中微量元素含量表现为Ca〉Na〉Fe〉Zn〉Cu〉Mn〉Mg。[结论]该研究为海胆的合理利用提供有利依据。
[ Objective ] The purpose was to realize nutritional value of sea urchin. [ Method ] Seven kinds of microelements ( Na, Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Cu, and Mn)in sea urchin were detected and analyzed by flame atomic absorption spectrometry( FAAS). [ Result ] The results indicated that the samples were digested with HNO3 + H2 SO4 (5:1). The precision and recovery for different elements within the limits of working curves were good, the range of recoveries( n = 5 )was 93.8% - 106.3% and the RSD was lower than 5%. There were abundant nutritional elements for people in sea urchin. The content of microelements was found to be Ca 〉 N,a 〉 Fe 〉 Zn 〉 Cu 〉 Mn 〉 Mg. [ Conclusion] This study will provide useful evidence for effective exploitation of sea urchin.
