摘要
目的:观察HLADR和CD45Ro抗原在过敏性接触性皮炎(ACD)患者皮损细胞上的表达。方法:ACD患者18例,正常对照3例。应用免疫组织化学方法。结果:ACD皮损单一核细胞以T细胞为多,角朊细胞(KC)在ACD中可异常表达HLADR,且在表皮损害严重部位有HLADR+KC数增多,HLADR+KC数与对应真皮中HLADR+T细胞数呈正相关。结论:(1)HLADR+KC数增多伴有表皮炎症反应程度的加重,(2)活化T细胞可刺激KC表达HLADR。
Objective:To investigate the expression of HLA DR and CD45Ro in the lesions of allergic contact dermatitis(ACD). Methods:Immunohistochemistry. 18 ACD patients and 3 normal control. Results: Most of the infiltrated cells in the dermis of ACD were CD45Ro cells Keratinocyte(KC) can aberrantly express HLADR. The more the epidermis injured, the more the numbers of the HLADR+ KC; the more the numbers of HLADR+KC,the more HLADR+ lymphocytes. Conclusion: The increased number of HLADR+KC was accompanied by the strong epidermal reaction. The number of HLADR+KC was correlated to that of HLADR+ lymphocytes. This result was in accordance with the in vitro observation that activated T cells could stimulate keratinocyte to express HLADR.
