摘要
电控液压动力转向系统(EHPS)在保证可靠助力的同时,可以通过调节进入转阀的液压油的流量改变助力比,从而能获得良好路感。在介绍EHPS系统的工作原理之后,分析了各组成部分对转向性能的影响,阐述了系统匹配设计及其控制模型的建立,最后提出了相应的控制策略。
Electro-hydraulic power steering system(EHPS) can provide reliable power to the driver. Besides that the oil rate to the rotary valve can be changed by adjusting the rotational speed according to the vehicle velocity, a good sense can be obtained. After introducing the working principle of EHPS, the impacts on the performance by various components are discussed, the system matching is described and the system control model is built,by the end the control strategies are proposed.
