散射背景内标法测定1:5万区域地球化学调查样品中铀、铜、铅、锌、钍 被引量:4

U,Cu,Pb,Zn and Tu in 1:50000 regional geochemistry sample by scattering background internal standard method

摘要 粉末压片法制样、国家一级标准物质绘制标准曲线、用散射背景内标法结合经验系数法校正基体效应。铀的检出限可以达到0.65×10-6,各含量段的测定准确度和精密度也都优于规范设定的监控限。实验表明,用散射背景内标法测定1:5万地球化学调查样品中的U是可行的。其他Cu、Pb、Zn、Th的各项质量参数也都优于规范要求。 Preparing sample with Pressed Powder Disc method, plotting standard curve based on State Standard Class 1 and correcting matrix effect by using empirical coefficient method combined with Scattering Background Internal Standard method. Detection limit of U element can be amounted to 0.65×10^-6. The accuracy and precision of every interval performed much better than standard supervising limit. As the experiment depicted detecting U element in 1:50,000 geochemistry investigation sample was feasible. Other quality parameter of Cu, Zn, Pn, Th also overmatched the standard requirement.
