基于模糊聚类的并行测试系统故障诊断方法研究

摘要 在分析并行测试系统开放式体系结构的基础上,给出了系统并行故障诊断的概念和定义,并将模糊c均值聚类算法引入到并行故障诊断领域;探讨了利用该算法对多个UUT同时进行故障诊断的实现问题,设计了算法步骤,并以对某型导弹发射装置电子部件的几类典型故障的诊断为例对算法有效性和可行性进行了验证;结果表明,运用模糊聚类算法能够有效提高测试系统的故障诊断效率,增强测试系统的故障识别和定位能力,解决系统对多个同类型UUT并行故障诊断的问题。 Based on the research of the open architecture of PATS, the conception of parallel fault diagnosis is proposed. To realize the parallel processing of multiple fault diagnosis for several UUTs, FCM is properly introduced into this filed and the approach of the algorithm dealing with this application is designed. Meanwhile, the performance of the algorithm was testified by the arranged example, which em- ployed FCM for the diagnosis of the electrical unit of a certain missile launcher with some typical faults. The result of the experiment shows that the proposed method is effective to meet the requirement of parallel fault diagnosis for multi--UUTs test, and improve the quality of fault identifying and fault locating of PATS.
