摘要
为了对指针式仪表进行全自动检定,设计出一种基于图像识别的检定系统,提出了软硬件设计方案。该系统采用单片机控制步进电机使仪表指针转动,然后采用USB2.0CCD摄像头获取仪表图像,并通过数字图像处理技术,识别出仪表的读数,进而得到仪表的误差。该系统设计简单,软件算法先进,运行可靠,精度高,完全能替代人工检定仪表。
A system which was based on image recognition was designed for automatically recognition of analog measuring instrument. The design of hardware and software was advanced in this paper. The Single Chip was used to control step motor, in order to rotate the needle of analog measuring instrument. Then, the image was captured by CCD camera with USB 2.0 interface and the reading of the analog measuring instrument was obtained by image recognition. Finally the error was found. This system has the advantages of simple designment, advanced software algorithm, stable performance , high accuracy, which can take the place of manual work.
