摘要
在医院计算机网络化建设中，护理部应主动配合工作。医院信息管理系统，特别是其中的医嘱管理等系统的操作是由护士来完成的，组织好护理人员的培训，使全体护士达到计算机网络化管理的要求，是护理部的重要工作。
Nursing department should provide active cooperation in constructing hospital computer network. In the Hospital Information System(HIS), the subsystem of medical order management is usually run by nurses. Therefore, organization of the training for nurses and meeting requirements of computer network management is an important job of nursing department.
