摘要
学校文化已经成为学校改革与发展中的一个重要议题,学校既要依靠学校文化来管理,又要在改革中开展学校文化建设,但是当前学校文化建设中普遍存在着一些共性的问题甚至偏差。这些问题或偏差的出现与对学校文化概念的理解、学校文化的性质、对学校文化的分类、学校文化产生的方式、教师的假设、教师的态度、学校领导等多种因素相关联。先进的学校文化建设有赖于对上述各种因素的分析和重构。
School culture has become an important issue in the school reform and development. A school will not only rely on its school culture for management, but also develop the construction of school culture in the reform. However, currently there are some common problems and even deviations in the construction of school culture. The apprearance of these problems or deviations is related with many factors such as the understanding of school cultural concept, the nature of school culture, the classification of school culture, the mode of generating school culture, the assumption of a teacher, the attitude of a teacher, and school leaders, etc. The construction of advanced school culture rdies on the analysis and re-construction of the various factors above.
