摘要
阐述了福建农村改革30年来在农村经济、农村基层民主政治、农村社会事业和农民生活水平等方面所取得巨大成就,分析了福建农村经济社会发展的主要制约因素,如农民增收缓慢、体制性障碍、农村公共产品供给不足、留守农民素质较低等,从农村改革的指导思想、农村生产力发展、农村公共产品供给结构等方面进一步分析促进福建农村发展的政策路径,以期继续解放思想、深化农村改革、促进农村发展。
Great successes have been achieved in terms of rural economy, rural basic-level democratic politics, rural social undertakings and peasants＇living standard since rural reform 30 years ago in Fujian Province. But nowadays, there are still some factors restricting Fujian rural economic and social development such as the peasants＇slow income growth, system barriers, insufficient supply of rural public goods and the low qualities of the peasants staying in the countryside. Therefore, the paper proposes some policies to further emancipate the mind, deepen rural reform and accelerate rural development. It is significant for us to construct the new socialist countryside on the west side of the Straits.
