摘要
就业价值取向是人们对就业价值追求、定位、评价、选择的一种倾向性态度。受我国社会主义市场经济体制及大学生所处年代及年龄特点的影响，我国大学生就业价值呈现出由“一元选择”转向“多元选择”、由“关注社会”转向“关注自我”、由“崇尚理想”转向“注重实惠”特点，从而造成大学生就业难，为此，政府应该引导大学生就业、高校必须加强就业指导、学生自身应该全面调整就业观和职业观。

For which the government should guide the employment of university students, colleges and universities need to strengthen employment guidance, students should be fully self-adjustment of employment and vocational concept.
