摘要
医学类高职学生存在心理问题,有意识引导他们听、唱或欣赏音乐,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对学生参加音乐活动前后的心理状态进行测评,并对测评结果进行分析。参加音乐活动后,学生的人际关系、躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、偏执、精神病性、睡眠及饮食因子分均较参加前有显著下降(P均<0.01),证明音乐在促进高职学生心理健康方面所发挥的积极作用。
Medical college students with psychological problems need conscious guide to listening to, singing or appreciating music. Mental state measurements were conducted with the Symptom Check-list 90(SCL-90) before and after the students attended the musical activities, then the results of the measurements were analyzed. After the musical activities, the marks of students' interpersonal relation, somatization, depression, anxiety, paranoia, psychotics, sleep and eating were significantly lower than before (all P〈0.01). This result further certifies that music plays an active role in promoting psychological health of the vocational college students.
