摘要
利用激光数字散斑原理搭建光学系统对物体面内位移进行测量,本系统利用CCD接收毛玻璃移动前后的散斑图像,利用计算机数字图像处理技术得到干涉条纹,并计算毛玻璃的面内位移。最后对本系统测量的灵敏度,范围和精度进行了分析和讨论。
Principle of DSPI is used to set up a optical system to measure plane displatment. In this sysytem the CCD is used to receive the speckle image, the interference fringes are analysed which are got from computer digital image processing and the plane displacement of ground glass is calculated. Finally, the sensitivity, scope and precision of this system's measurement are discussed and analyzed.
