摘要
国际保理业务目前已成为世界上国际贸易主要的结算方式之一。但保理业务在我国的发展还很不稳定,还存在一些问题,应从完善市场、控制风险、培养人才和完善法律法规等方面加以改善,以加快保理业务在我国的发展。
now, factoring is the main international settlement in the world, but it is not so steady in our country, and it has some problems to solve, we should promote it from completing market, risk controlling, bringing up talented persons and completing the law.
