呼吸道病毒与免疫损害宿主肺部感染关系的研究 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨呼吸道病毒与免疫损害宿主肺部感染的关系。方法31例免疫损害宿主因肺部感染行纤维支气管镜检查，收集他们的临床资料以及支气管肺泡灌洗液（BALF）病原学检查结果。采用多重PCR的方法测定BALF中的呼吸道病毒。结果4例（13％）确定为巨细胞病毒感染，3例（10％）确定为呼吸道病毒感染，分别为甲型流感病毒1例、乙型流感病毒1例以及呼吸道合胞病毒A型1例，其中1例因出现Ⅰ型呼吸衰竭死亡。结论呼吸道病毒是免疫损害宿主肺部感染的重要致病因素之一。对于高危患者应给予相应的抗病毒治疗。
