摘要
Web2．0的到来，给教育技术理论和开发技术都提出了新的研究课题。该文结合最新的建构主义理论，以B—Learning基本思想为指导．根据Web2．0的思想和技术对B—Learning2．0学习系统进行了技术架构设计，同时根据技术架构分析了实现B-Learning2．0系统的开发技术．完成了从系统架构到技术实现的基本工作。
The coming of Web2.0 gives educational technology theories and development of technology a new research topic. This essay contains the newest constructive theories, guided by B-Learning as basic methodology, uses the technology of-Web2.0 to design the skillful framework of B-Learning 2.0＂s learning system. At the same time, this essay shows how B-Learning 2.0 system＇s development, from building of system frame to the using in reality according to the analyzing of technological framework.
