紫杉醇 卡铂联合化疗方案治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌临床分析

摘要
肺癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。而其中老年人约占60％。多数医生考虑到高龄、器官功能下降等因素，往往放弃对老年肺癌患者的积极治疗。而国外临床试验显示．老年肺癌患者若能接受适当的化疗，可延长生存期，并提高生活质量，使患者受益。
