摘要 酯固化碱性酚醛树脂是一种新型的造型、制芯工艺,这种粘结剂体系由碱性酚醛树脂和有机酯两部分组成。用于再生旧砂,这种粘结剂存在强度低、粘度大等缺陷,严重制约了它在再生旧砂中的应用。对酯固化碱性酚醛树脂的种类、影响碱性酚醛树脂性能的合成工艺条件,包括原料种类与组成、合成工艺种类、反应温度、反应时间和分子量,以及再生砂用碱性酚醛树脂与一般碱性酚醛树脂合成工艺不同点(主要从原料组成、固含量的高低、粘度和改性剂这几个方面作比较)进行了讨论,最后指出这种粘结剂今后的发展方向。 Ester cured alkaline phenolic resin, which is synthesized by alkaline phenolic resin and organic ester, is a new type of binder used for molding and core making. When used in reclaimed sand, this binder has many drawbacks, such as low strength, high viscosity and so on, which hindered greatly its application and development in the reclaimed sand. Some aspects has been discussed, such as the types of ester cured alkaline phenolic resin, the synthesizing conditions influencing the properties of alkaline phenolic resin, which including the types of raw materials and their compositions, the synthesizing technology, reaction temperature, reaction time and molecular weight, as well as the differences of synthesizing technique between alkaline phenolic resin for reclaimed sand and the common one on composition of materials, solid content, viscosity and modifier. Finally, the developmental trend of this binder was put forward.
