摘要
深圳市龙岗区图书馆从自身实情出发,探索构建具有龙岗特色的劳务工图书馆的模式。文章透过该馆与联创企业共建劳务工图书馆的工作实践,论证了构建劳务工图书馆的可行性和实效性。并对存在的主要问题及其后续建设与发展,提出了相应对策。
Based on its own situation, the Library of Longgang District of Shenzhen City tries to find out the mode of workers＇ library with Longgang characteristics. On the basis of the praatice of joint - construction of workers＇ library between this library and partner enterprise, the paper discusses the feasibility and effec- tiveness of building workers＇ library, and puts forward the countermeasures for resolving the existing problems and later construction and development.
