摘要
环保因素导致世界对中国活性炭需求不断增长,从国际贸易视野研究中国活性炭国际竞争力具有重要意义。采用显示性指标和分析性指标分别对中国活性炭的国际竞争力进行评价,显示性指标表明中国活性炭出口国际竞争力很强,但高端产品缺乏。分析性指标显示中国活性炭具有劳动力成本低的比较优势,但同时面临质量和出口价格偏低、无国际市场定价话语权、国内市场恶性竞争、国外反倾销调查、生产工艺落后、劳动生产率偏低和生产企业规模偏小等问题。针对问题,提出中国活性炭国际竞争的高级生产要素培育战略、供给控制和期货市场战略、规模经济和加强管理战略。
Environmental protection causes an increasing demand of activated carbon from China to the world. It is of significance to investigate international competitiveness of China's activated carbon's from international trade aspect. Revealed and analytical indices were used to cany out the evaluation. Revealed indices indicated that activated carbon in China exhibited strong international competitiveness but lack of high-quality products. Analytical indices indicated that China's activated carbon had relative advantages such as lower labor cost, but many problems exited, such as lower quality, lower export price, lacking au- thority with international market price, domestic pernicious contest, overseas antidumping investigation, laggard manufacture techniques, lower labor productivity, less business scale, and so on. Countermeasure were suggested, such as culturing production of high quality products, controlling supply founding futures market, realizing economical scale and strengthening management.
