摘要
以奇异六边形6-SPS并联机床为对象,分析了其控制系统的功能及特点,设计了PC机与伺服驱动系统相结合的控制系统总体结构,采用等时细分算法来实现并联机床6个分支组件步进电动机的脉冲分配,通过PC机并行口LPT1和LPT2向伺服驱动系统发出进给信号,驱动步进电动机控制各分支部件实现进给运动。
According to the characteristics of 6-SPS parallel machine tool C PMT), a control system of PMT was developed. It is a single system based on the combination of industrial PC and servo system. It applies isochronous subdivision arithmetic to assign pulse of 6-SPS stepper motors and seeds out signals to drive stepper motors through LPT1 and LPT2 of PC.
