人工股骨头置换治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折疗效分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的:评价人工股骨头置换治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的可行性及疗效。方法:对21例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者进行人工股骨头置换治疗。结果:1例术后3 d死于肺部感染,2例出院后失去随诊,余18例患者X线片及临床检查获愈合,无术后髋关节活动受限,再骨折及关节脱位、松动、后期感染等并发症。结论:采用人工股骨头置换治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折具有手术时间短、创伤小、费用少等优点,可行早期关节活动及负重,迅速恢复患肢功能,有效防止髋内翻,减少因长期卧床引起的并发症,提高老年患者生活质量并减轻家庭负担。
