摘要
目的分析结节性甲状腺肿术后复发相关因素，探讨减少结节性甲状腺肿术后复发的有效方法。方法对我院16年中61例结节性甲状腺肿手术后临床复发者的再治疗进行回顾性分析。结果首次手术方式选择和术后服药情况对结节性甲状腺术后复发有显著性影响。结论正确选择手术方式以及术后系统的服用甲状腺素片可以降低结节性甲状腺肿术后复发率。
Objective To study relevant factors for the postoperative recurrence in patients with nodular goiter. Methods Sixty - one cases of postoperative recurrence in patients of nodular goiter were retrospectively analysed. Results Two independent factors were found significantly related to recurrence： first operative mode and postoperative thyroxine replacement therapy. Conclusions Properly applied operative mode and routine postoperative thyroxine replacement therapy could reduce the postoperative recurrence of nodular goiter.
