摘要
针对增压直喷柴油机开展EGR技术的电子控制研究与应用,以降低NOx排放.依据柴油机EGR控制系统的工作特点和功能要求,以80C196单片机核心,进行了控制系统的电路设计和控制软件编写.根据发动机负荷特性试验对比分析,证实柴油机在应用EGR控制系统后,NOx排放降低19.9%,HC和CO排放略有增加,柴油机动力性和经济性与原机相当,通过对EGR回路的冷却,可以抑制PM排放增加,同时还验证了EGR电控系统设计合理,能够对EGR系统按照柴油机不同工况的最佳EGR率进行实时控制.
The electronic control technology about EGR was researched and used in a TDI diesel engine in order to reduce NOx emission. According to operation characteristics and functions of EGR control system in diesel engine, 80C196KC single chip was selected as EGR system control center, then the circuit of EGR system was designed and the control program was compiled. Based on the contrast analysis of diesel engine load tests, it is proved that NOx emission is reduced by 19.9% , CO and HC emission is increased a little, power and fuel economy characteristics of diesel engine with EGR system are similar to the original, and cool EGR can restrain the increase of PM as EGR technology is used in diesel engine. The design method about circuit and program for EGR system is applicable in practice and can make EGR system operate consecutively and credibly on the basis of optimum EGR rates when diesel engine operates under different operation conditions.
