摘要
基于电信重组背景,探讨全业务运营的关键问题———客户与产品的内涵和关联运营模式,提出个体与群组、虚拟与实体等客户延伸含义,以及情境式信息应用的客户与产品关联运营模式,并提出相应的运营和支撑策略。
Based on the background of the reorganization in telecommunications, it analyzes the core issues on all-service operation which are the connotation and relationship between customer and product, and proposes the further concepts of customer, such as "individual and community", "the virtual and the actual", and gives an operation pattern for the rela- tionship between customer and product whose feature is "scenario-based information application". Finally, a relevant policy is given to support the operation pattern.
