In this articale,the widely used FLASH bootload way in the engineering practice is detailed,including：the hardware connection of the C64xxDSP and the FLASH; on-line programming process of FLASH and the design of second bootload. In the end,using the C6416DSP as the verify target,the design of FLASH bootload way in the C64xxDSP system has been proofed right.
