我国零售业正面临日益激烈的市场竞争。通过如何发挥物流部门的作用,合理组织有效的零售商品策略的探讨,提升零售商从采购合适的商品,组织与商圈内顾客需求相适应的商品结构和档次、设计富有创意的商品群、开发经营自有品牌商品等方面来增强企业的竞争力。
There is increasingly vigorous market competition in China's retail trade. Through the discussion of developing the function of logistics section and an reasonable organization of valid strategies for merchandise retailing, this paper help the retailers to strengthen the competition ability of enterprises from the following aspects: purchasing of suitable merchandise, organizing fitful structure and grades of merchandise that can meet the demands of target customers, designing clusters of merchandise full of creativity, and developing and operating merchandise of one's own brands.
