摘要
我国生产企业长期以来一直是重生产、轻流通,导致物流成本巨大。如何解决这些问题是企业面临的一个重要问题,本文分析了制造业和物流业存在的问题,并提出了解决这些问题的对策,为企业实现"双赢"提供理论上的指导。
