摘要
工作流技术是支持现代企业经营过程重组及其自动化的一项关键技术,它广泛地应用到工业领域,特别是制造业领域中。本文首先概述了工作流技术的起源与发展过程,然后指出了工作流管理技术在理论与实施方面的主要研究内容,包括工作流的理论基础,工作流的实现技术,及工作流技术的应用。最后指出了工作流技术在以下3个方面存在的问题及改进的方向:①工作流模型描述;②工作流执行;③工作流仿真。
Workflow is an enabling technology for supporting the reshaping and automation of the business process of a modem enterprise, and it has been widely applied to industries, especially manufucturing industry. In this paper, we first briefly explained the workflow technology. Then, we described the main research content of workflow technology in theory and its implementation including the theoretical basis of workflow technology, the implementation technique of workflow and the application of workflow technology. Finally, we pointed out the shortcomings of workflow technology in workflow modelling, workflow execution, and workflow simulation.
