摘要
目的讨论双钢板治疗C型肱骨远端骨折的疗效。方法治疗21例C型肱骨远端骨折,均行切开复位双钢板固定。结果平均随访11个月,20例患者获得骨性愈合,优良率85.7%。结论双钢板内固定是治疗C型肱骨远端骨折较理想的方法,它可以坚强固定骨折端,保证肘关节的早期功能锻炼。
Objective To study the treatment of complex distal humeral fracture. Methods Twenty-one patients of complex distal humeral fractures from March 2005 to March 2006 were reviewed retrospectively. There were 13 males, 8 females, with the mean age of 35 years old（ranged from 18 to 65years old）.According to AO/ASIF classification, 3 cases were type C 1, 9 cases were type C2, 9 cases were type C3. All those patients had got open reduction and internal fixation and good postoperative function. Result These patients were followed up for 17 months in average （ranging from 12 to 26 months）. Twenty of the cases have healed well. According to Cassebaum criterion, 85.7%were excellent or good. Conclusion Open reduction and double plate internal fixation can promote the healing of fracture and reconstruction of joint, achieve good extremities function for type C intraarticular fractures of Distal Humerus.
