摘要
黄埔发电厂6号机组在近年来一直存在励磁机前轴承振动大的缺陷,并数次出现上瓦钨金碎裂的情况,严重影响机组的安全、稳定运行。为此,利用机组实时的计算机检测数据,分析和诊断机组振动的原因,提出调整发电机转子与励磁机转子轴系中心高度的处理措施。运行实践证明,这一处理方法达到了预期目的。
Unit 6 in Huangpu Power Plant suffered from excessive vibration of exciter front bearing in recent years, which, along with multiple damages of upper bearing bush, seriously impacted the safety and stability of the unit. By use of realtime computer-based inspection data of unit, the vibration was analyzed and diagnosed, and the solution of adjusting the shafting central height of generator rotor and exciter rotor was presented. The solution has been proved successful by actual operation.
