摘要
猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)是由猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)引起的一种传染病,该病主要引起妊娠母猪流产、死胎、木乃伊胎、弱仔等繁殖障碍和仔猪呼吸道疾病,导致高死亡率,生长发育受阻,给世界养猪业造成了巨大的经济损失。PRRSV基因组存在高度变异性,美洲型和欧洲型的核苷酸序列差异较大,不同的ORF序列同源性存在不同程度的差异。论文就PRRSV基因组的遗传变异进行分析,对研究PRRS的致病机制、免疫机理及制定相应的防控措施有一定的指导意义。
Porcine reprodutive and respiratory syndrome is considered as one of the most important infectious diseases of swine which is caused by porcine reprodutive and respiratory syndrome virus. PRRS is characterized by severe reprodutive failure in sows(abortion, premature parturition, and fetal losses, i.e. mummies and stillbirths and neonatal death ), pneumonia in young growing pigs, growth reduction and an increase mortality, as well as secondary to respiratory disease. The genomic of PRRSV show a high level of molecular and genetic variation. The nucleotide sequence between North Ameican and European isolates represents a big divergence. These is a different level of identity distinction in different ORFs sequence. The analysis of the genomic and genetic variation of PRRSV can help to study the pathogenesis and immunity and to make corresponding preventive measures for PRRS.
