摘要 研究对比了三种钕铁硼镀镍层退除工艺的退除速度及基体腐蚀情况。筛选出硫酸铜-硫酸电解液电解退除镀镍层为较优方法,确定了最佳组成为硫酸650 mL/L、硫酸铜25 g/L、电解电压6 V。探讨了退镀原理及影响退镀的各种因素。结果表明:电压是影响退镀的主要因素,其次是硫酸和硫酸铜的含量。该配方退镀速度较快、成本低、对基体腐蚀小、使用寿命长,适合NdFeB永磁体镍镀层的退除,也适合铁基精密零件镍镀层的退除。 The stripping rate and matrix corrosion condition of three kinds of stripping technology of nickel coatings on NdFeB, were investigated. The H2SO4- CuSO4 electrolytic stripping technology shows the best performance and the optimum composition was determined to be H2SO4 of 650 mL/L, CuSO4 of 25 g/L and electrolytic voltage of 6 V. The stripping principle and influencing factors were discussed. The result shows that the voltage is major factor, and the content of H2SO4 and CuSO4 are next. This technology is characterized by quick stripping rate, low cost, small matrix corrosion and long working life, which is suitable for stripping nickel coatings on NdFeB and also on precision parts of ferritic matrix.
