摘要
城市轨道交通项目具有投资大、成本高、投资回收期长等特点,为了防止各城市盲目修建城市轨道交通项目,国家提出坚持有序发展的方针。就城市的各项指标,通过应用主成分分析法对指标体系进行简化,应用系统聚类分析法对各城市进行聚类,得到各城市轨道交通建设能力的排序,为我国各城市有序地修建轨道交通提供参考。
There are some characteristics of the rail transit items,such as large investment, high costs, long capital return period and so on. In order to prevent the blind construction of rail transit, the Central Government has promulgated the guideline for the orderly development. This paper analyzes the various urban indicators and presents a method of principal component analysis to simplify the indicator system. With the application of the hierarchical- cluster analysis, the rail transportation capacity is scheduled in regular sequence,which will ensure the orderly construction of urban rail transit in China.
