摘要
介绍一种带USB2.0接口、采用三线制连线方式测温控温的多通道温度控制系统的软硬件设计方法。系统采用铂电阻作为温度传感器,经24 bitAD芯片AD7713量化成数字信号,反馈执行机构采用达林顿管驱动实现PWM,算法核心采用PID控制算法。系统可以独立运行,也可以通过USB接口连接PC机扩展控温功能和数据采集功能运行,使用灵活。
The design of a multi-channel temperature control system based three-wire measurement and USB2.0 is described. The system uses platinum resistors as temperature sensor and a 24 bitAD chip AD7713 to convert temperature signal to digital signal, heating module outputs 4 channels of PWM signal and software is based on PID theory. The system can be used independently or used with a PC through the USB interface.
