摘要
以苯甲酸为凝胶剂,用溶胶—凝胶法制备ZnFe2O4粉体,通过XRD,SEM等手段对粉体的晶体结构、形貌等进行表征,结果表明:产物为尖晶石结构,颗粒分布比较均匀。采用静态配气法测定材料的气敏性能,发现以ZnFe2O4为基体的气敏元件的最佳煅烧温度为700℃,在175℃的工作温度下对100×10-6H2S气体的灵敏度高达126,并具有选择性好,响应—恢复时间短,稳定性好等特点。
ZnFe2O4 powder is prepared by a sol-gel method with benzoic acid as coagulator. Its structure .and morphology are analyzed by XRD and SEM. The results show that the powder of ZnFe2O4 is spinel-type and has good dispersity. The gas sensing characteristics of the materials are tested in static slate. It has optimal calcining temperature 700 ℃ and has a high sensitivity to 100 × 10^-6 H2S as high as 126 at lower working temperature 175℃. The sensor has satisfactory selectivity, quickly response and recover times and good stability.
