摘要
21世纪的人才,不仅要掌握知识,更重要的是要有完善的人格,要关心环境、关心社会、关心他人,具有对环境对社会的责任感。然而,本应肩负历史重任的部分大学生的社会责任感却明显淡化甚至缺失。大学应该加强对大学生社会责任感的教育,这既是健全人格教育的内容,也是现代公民教育的核心。
For those persons with ability in 21st century, besides the knowledge acquisition, it is more important for them to perfect their personalities, to care about the environment, the society and the other people, and also to have sense of environmental and social respon- sibility. However, for many undergraduates, who should have undertaken historical missions, their senses of social responsibility are fad- ing away as time goes by. Therefore, universities and colleges should emphasize on education of undergraduates＇ sense of s^ial responsi- bility, this is not only one of the activities of personality-perfecting education, but also the kernd of the education on modem citizens.
